columns are numerical insted of alphabetical

I have managed to change the alphabet columns to numerical. How can I change
this back. Rows are still numerical so both rows and coumns ar now 1....10,etc

Chris, tools, options, general, uncheck R1C1 ref. style

Tools>Options--General, remove the R1C1 check.
