Column width lock

I have a form & subform. If/when I change the column widths, I close the form
and there is no 'Save' prompt, then when I reopen the form the column widths
have been changed to their last setting. I want them to always stay the same.

I have already set the 'Allow Design Changes' to 'Design View Only' for both
the form and subform. Any ideas?
