Hi Echo,
How do you add the XML to the template to add custom colours to these
dropdowns?
Please let me know how to alter the xml or if there is some useful
information out there regarding this.

To go along with the good advice Ute and Sandy have provided, this

With PowerPoint 2007, you can also add custom colors to the
fill/outline/font color drop-downs (they show up in a section called,
appropriately enough, "custom colors") by editing the XML of the theme
or
template. This might be a way to add the 15 colors and have them
always
available, even if they don't affect the various "quick styles" that
pick
up
their settings from the actual theme color scheme.

Our company's corporate Identity allow us to use a total set of 15
defined
colours. These colours is not in the colour palette of ppt. Is there
a
chance
to recreate the ppt. palette into containing our 15 colours, and no
other
colours?
How do i make this happen?
