color temperature and ev formula

What's the formula for adjusting the color temperature and exposure value of image? exposure value maybe[font=ËÎÌå]:[/font] pixel(new ) = pixel(old) * 2 ^ [EV(new) - EV(old)][font=ËÎÌå],[/font]then how can I compute the new pixel when I change the color temperature of image?
