It's likely that the tricolor cartridge is bad, or if the printer has a
seperate head, that the head has dried out ink in it. Another possibility is
that the contacts between the cartridge and the printer are dirty.
Was this the reason you replaced the old cartridge?
Have you tried a clean and test cycle? Does the printer have a "self test"
that functions correctly?
Thanks Chuck - I replaced the old cartridge because I wasn't getting any
color. I will try the clean and test cycle.
