I would like to be able to color code my tasks in Outlook. I know you can
change the color of completed and overdue items but I would like to color any
I choose. Possible???

View | [Arrange By] | Current View | Customize Current View | Automatic Formatting . Automatic formatting works with rules. You'll see a couple of rules already in the view, so you can look at those as examples.
