Color and Font issues

I have a workstation in this office displaying the following odd problems:

- No color appears on Excel Spreadsheets
- The fonts in Explorer are huge... regardless of size selected from menu
- Several colors fail to display on web pages

If I create a new user everything appears just fine. Any suggestions as to
how to fix this user without having to create a new account?

It sounds like a corrupt user profile. Regardless of where the corruption
