Collect Data via Outlook WebAccess

Greetings!!

I have a question.. Is it possible to configure MS Access to send
data collection emails via OWA? If not, is it possible to configure
two copies of MS Outlook to point to the same Email address. I have
Regular Outlook on my desktop and on my laptop. However, I have never
configured the Laptop copy of Outlook.

This may cross the lines between Access and Outlook so forgive me if
this should be posted somewhere else...

I'm not sure of the first, but I'd say probably not. The answer to the
second is Yes. Set up the laptop exactly the same as the desktop. If you are
connected to the same Exchange server, the emails will sync up. If not, you
can use something like ActiveSync for PDAs to sync them up periodically.

I would ask these Outlook questions again in an Outlook newsgroup.

You can configure outlook on both sys to have the same mail account, but it
very much depends on the type of account, ie Exchange, Imap, Pop etc as to
what the results will be, and whether you have to run any sync tools between
the two

Whoops, and since you posted with a gmail address if you configure a gmail
imap account on both PC's they will be in sync with each other
