Collapsible Link Bars

I am trying to create link bars that collapse. For instance, having a main page link bar such as "members", and then being able to click on it and have sub pages appear (with a sub-menu that scrolls down). I do not know html very well. Is this an application that can be done automatically in Frontpage 2003?

Its not automatic, but is fairly simple using a combination of layers and
behaviours.
