My event viewer is full of these Code Integrity errors:
Code integrity determined that the image hash of a file is not valid
Security-Auditing
Event-ID: 5038
\Device\HarddiskVolume1\Windows\System32\drivers\avgtdi.sys

AVG users, do you have this error?

Yes I get it for a few files associated with AVG & also one associated with
True Image.
On more than one machine too.

I used to have AVG until 3 months ago, recently purchased new pc
5/10/07 W/Vista prem. home. Never used AVG on this pc, dont recall
seeing this error prior thoughout 18 mo. w/AVG use. Poss. i
transferred it unknowingly via old b/up? (Windows xp, sp2). Error has
not reappeared since early May.As long as it's not life threatening i
breathe a sigh of relief. But what does it all mean anyway. Grateful
for Your input
