I would also guess that since PowerPoint is still a presentation (primarily)
software, the emphasis would stay on screen color -- RGB.
However, since you will be printing the slide image (why else would you need
CMYK?), why not choose one of the Save As... image types that can then be
converted to CMYK formats via one of the Adobe or Corel products?
Yes, I know it would be nice if every program exported to every format, but
I would expect one of MS's print programs (such as Publisher or Word) to
embrace CMYK before I would expect a display program (such as PowerPoint).
