CMD32.EXE PLEASE HELP!!!

when my pc stars a error message pops out and says that
cmd32.exe wasnt found, this is driving me crazy ive done
everything i know i could do but nothing works, i really
need some good help, thank you very much.

(all started when i changed the resolution and dpi
settings of my display/monitor)

You don't want that file. CMD32.exe *is* the virus; it's
certainly not a valid Windows system file. Pay particular attention
to _all_ of the removal instructions:
