Has any one seen:

The driver beneath this one has failed in some way for
\Device\Rdac\FastT200\B\.....

I am receiving this error on both nodes in my cluster.

Yes - we have the FAST T 700 --. What version of RDAC are
you using? Potentially updating the RDAC drive will solve
this issue.

Please provide details of the Storage Manager software and components you
are using. More specifically the versions.
