Closing Ports on Computer

Hello ...
When i use the Netstat -a Command on my computer ..
I get the following message..

I am using Windows Xp service Pack 2 with full updates and My personal
firewall is Enabled and I Am also using Nortons's Personal
Firewall..........

I can't understand those ports are open !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please Reply me Soon why all ports are open and Is there any harm to my
computer ?
