Closing Excel 2003

Every time that I close a file that I have opened in Escel 2003 it ends up
giving me an error saying "Excel.exe error instruction at
0x77502945 referenced memory at 0x00000000. Memory could not be read"
As far as I can tell it isn't actually hurting anything, but the fact that
it pops up every time that I close a file is REALLY annoying.

Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of this error or possbily think
they know what is causing the error so that I can try to figure out a way to
fix it myself?

Thanks for the help

Try unchecking all add-ins and see if it goes away (Tools>Add-ins...). If
this works, add one back at a time and re-start Excel each time until it
comes back.

If this fails, think very carefully of any machine changes you have made
recently...for me for example, I had trouble after loading Internet Explorer
