clock not changing to DST

I have xp, sp2, machine that is connected to my 2003 AD domain controller
When time changed all my xp machines made the change except one machine. It
is still set one hour behind. It is not in any special group policy. I
tried to manually change the time but it reverted back. I used the sync
option and it did not work. any suggestions?

Honestly. I have daily auto updates set by AD GP. Today I looked at the
time and it was corrected. So the problem fixed itself. Thanks for the help.
