Clip Art problems

My clip art gallery box does not appear when I click onto
View/Picture/Clipart. All that happens is that I get a
long vertical task pane to the right of the screen--no
icons appear unless I type in a specific category.

Any ideas?

Double-click the .cil and it will go into the Gallery. Animation only happens in HTM

I don't know if I understand your response--- my clip

art gallery (full window) USED to appear when I clicked
on "insert" then "picture" then "clipart." Now only the
task pane appears on the right-right side of the screen.
So why would I need to download something new?
You said click on "cil." What's that (and where's
that)?
You also said I need to download www.irfanview.com to
preview animations--but I'm not talking about animations,
just the regular clipart.
