At windows logon you have the xp/s new welcome window and
the classic window but somehow this welcome windows are
gonne because client services for netware was installed
and it disabled the two welcome windows. I went to the
user accounts applet in the control panel window and
tried to change the welcome window and there was a
message saying that I had to uninstall the client
services for netware. the problem is that I can see the
applet at the control panel that is under "csnt" but I
can't delete it and I can't find it with the search tool.
I also tried to disable the service going to run-

If you don't need the Novell Client to connect to a LAN:

Start > Network Connections > Right-click on the desired connection >
Properties > General > High-light the Client Services for Novell >
Uninstall.
