Client Printing turned off

How can I turn off client remote printing on a per user
basis? I see in the TS configuration how I can turn it
off for everyone, but is there a way for just one or two
people.

Depends on the client you are using - with the XP Client you can set this
option unter local ressources within editing the connection.
