1.Open a CMD prompt.

2. Type regsvr32 actxprxy.dll and press Enter.

3. Type regsvr32 urlmon.dll and press Enter.

4. Type Exit and press Enter.

I have XP Home on a Gateway. When I click on a link in Explorer, a new
window comes up but nothing happens. The hourglass is moving but nothing
happens in the window. Help.
