Clicking link in email, window pops asking "Locate Link Browser"

Using Windows XP Home, Internet Explorer 6, when clicking a link in an email,
a window appears saying "Locate Link Browser"??? The link does not open,
what do I have to set, or what have I set that is incorrect?? Any help is
appreciated thanks. SRC in Townsville, Qld, Australia.

Hi Try,
1. Open the INTERNET EXPLORER | TOOLS | INTERNET OPTIONS | PROGRAM | RESET
WEB SETTINGS
