clear contents of cells based upon a cell value

hello,
is it possible without using vb to clear the cells N, O, P, R, S, T, U, W,
X when the value of q is NO.

and when the value of Q is yes then total the values of NOP and transfer the
total to R and then clear the contents of NOP
