CiceroUIWndFrame: Ad.exe - Application Error

I continuously have this problem. I am not sure what is
wrong beside there is a error. Can someone please help me
with this. It also says "The instruciton at "0x74706b41"
referenced memory at "0x74706b41". The memory could not
be "read". Click on ok to terminate the program.

How can I fix this problems?

Google Is Your Friend(tm). Turn off the Speech & Handwriting Recognition
feature of MS Office.
