Choosing the from in outlook 2007 when using Exchange 2003.

We are running multiple companies , with different domain names, and need to
be able to choose which company we send the email from.

Currently running Windiws SBS R2, and Outlook 2007.

I have set-up the exchange with no problems, so we can receive email into
the different companies, however unless its a POP, HTTP or IMAP, I cant find
an option to let me choose the exchange email account I want to send from.

I dont believe multi-profiles is the answer, unless I set-up multiple logins
for each user, which would be a work around, but not a very good one.

Ideally I am looking for one login, one mailbox, where the user recieves and
sends from multiple accounts. Am I missing something or is this a
limitation, is there a 3rd part add-on to get round it.

All help gratefully recieved,

Kevin

you can't do it with 1 mailbox unless you use a utility that lets you
choose. The poor man's method is either separate mailboxes and send as
permission or mail enabled Public folders with send as permission. It
depends on how good you are at remembering to set the from address.

You want ChooseFrom - http://www.ivasoft.biz/ - to do it your way.
