Choice of URL by country

I live in South Africa but my (hunting) clients live in the USA. I don’t
think Americans know (and care) about the fact that South Africa has URLs
ending with .co.za
Question is do I choose a .co.za URL for my site or a .com URL? When
potential clients search they will likely search for “Africa†and “safariâ€
and “hunting†etc. Will the search engines detect me quicker with the .co.za
or are the search engines biased towards .com?

The search engines are not biased by the .com or .co.za

The descriptive name of the domain is the main factor in the URL.
