Chinese version of XP

Dan

Hello,

I have a Chinese version of XP installed on a laptop. I want to switch it to
English but cannot find any English language packs to install and download.
Can this be done?

If XP is installed with Chinese does English exist on the system? I have
tried changing the regional options to English and the keyboard to English
but it still displays in Chinese, and I can't actually read chinese so it's
rather hard to work out where I am on it.

This is all legitamate, I just want to switch it over to English.

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

No can do. You can't switch from one installation language to another. You
need to clean install an English version of WindowsXP.

Or dual boot Chinese and English versions.
