I am putting together a survey for the company I work for and I need to know
how to make boxes that can be checked by the customer. I'm aware that this is
a Macro Button option, but I need to know how it is done. We do have this
Macro Button for a different file but it won't let me use it in the new file.
For example: Each question will have 4 different choices and out of those 4
choices the customer needs to check one. Please advise as soon as possible.
