In Word 2003 I have created a form with check boxes. I want to be able to
check each of the boxes and have different information display, i.e. check
'Adult' and all the questions and boxes appear for an adult; check 'Child'
and all the questions and boxes appear for a child. Also have only the
specific checked section print out with the form. I have tried unsuccessfully
to create a macro where if you check the box it will copy the form from
another document and paste it into the original document form. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks
