Cheapest place to buy Access? Am I qualified for Access upgrade?

I checked the

upgrade page and it lists Office 2000 and 97 Small Business version.

I have MS Office 95 Professional and MS Office 2002 Small Business (it
comes with Word, Excel and Publisher 2002).

Am I eligible for the upgrade? Why does it list Office 2000,97 but not
2002?

If I am not eligible for the upgrade, what/where do you suggest is the
cheapest place to buy MS Access?

Yes, two names for the same product.

It's one (soon to be two) generations back, though - Office 2007 is in
very late beta and should be released "soon".
