Charts showup on screen but colors do not print

I use the MS Graph in some reports. For some users, they can preview the
charts, but only the black elements print out. The same thing happens when
converting to PDF. Other users login on the same computer and the chart both
previews and prints fine. We have double checked the print drivers.

Why does this happen and how do I prevent/correct it?

Have those users set up their print profile in the printer itself to print
in BW or in Draft mode and then forgotten that this is what they did? Some
printer will save profiles locally.
What version of Acc are you using?

The users all can print other items in color. Ther reports in question
actually show the blue lettering from the report, but not logos, and no
details of the chart. One computer has four different users, and two of the
users have an issue. My computer works fine, but when I exported to a pdf, it
shows the same condition. The blue lettering shows up, but logos are absent,
and the interior of the graph is blank

All computers have been upgraded to Office 2007. We are all running Windows
XP Pro. This problem started after converting the multi user computer to
Office 2007. Prior to that, the report worked very well for all users.

Thanks for the questions

I apologize for the delay in responding. The service pack is installed. One
of the operators found that the reports print correctly if printed in the
"layout' view!!??
