Chart Properties in VBA

I can't seem to find the correct VBA syntax for modifying a few properties
found in the chart object.
The properties I need to modify are found when I edit the actual chart
object and then select "Format Axis, and the select the "Scale" Tab, and any
of the three "Category (X) axis scale" values.
Ex: "Number of categories between tick-mark labels"
I want to programatically modify these values.
Any help is appreciated.
