Chart Problem: plotting the graph at run time

HI,
i tried to change the MS graph data dynamically. i selected chart type as line.
Rowsource type= Table/Query
Rowsource= select ReadingDate,location,mVal from Measurement where PartID='0102-06745-BR1' and location='Ja hght';
PartID and Location are read at run time.Based on the query chart was plotted at run time. But i am not able to plot the last record in the chart.That last record data is displayed in the Legend.I dont have any idea why its displaying like that. Can u guide me what i need to do?

And one more problem is i am not able to change the axis title,chart titles at run time. Its displaying error like Unable to get/set that property.

If any body knows please let me know.
its very urgent for me....
