Hi,

I would like to know how to work with MS Access.

First, my database is for a reservation system. When we confirm a
reservation, I click on a tab that says confirmation. On the Form screen I
see where I can put my own words, ex: we have confirmed, yadaa yada... But
there is also a place that already has words. I need to permanately change
those words. Where do I go to find out where those words (i believe its
linked as an event) are linked from?

I know this is confusing, im hoping someone can pick through and help me
out! :)

you are working with an existing database application and so there is no
certain way to answer your question - because the answer depends on how your
database was written.

If you can put your Form into Design Mode; then verity its Record Source;
which will be a table or query - - and then you can better understand the
fields and where data already exists.

If you can not put your Form into Design Mode and/or do not see Tables
objects - - you probably want to find the developer for assist....

I can put it into design mode, but i am unsure how to verify the record source.
any special buttons?

Open the properties sheet for the form, got to the Data tab, see what is
listed under the Record Source property.

Ok i tried that.

Now i have another question. Where can I modify Fields? I found a name i
want, in this case (cfm ltr remark) under a column that says Field. How do I
change what cfm ltr remark says?
