Changing users account on startup

I am ashamed to ask this question but i cannot find the answer alone.

Here my question : I have an Administrator account and another Adm account
under my name. When i start my computer, the Administrator account is
loaded. I then logoff and relog under my account.

How can i combine the 2 accounts so that my own account is loaded up on
startup?

1. Click Start - Run - Copy/Paste the following line then click OK:
control userpasswords2
2. Tick "Users must enter a user name and password to use this comp."
3. Click Apply
4. Select your account from the list then untick the box that you ticked
in step 2.
5. Click OK > If it asks you for password, type the password, click OK
