I was wondering how to convert a userdefined field in
hundreds of contacts from a text to a keywords?
What is the easiest way and keep the data?
You design a new form with the keyword field in addition to the text
field and publish it to a new name.. You use a utility to change the
messageclass field of all the old items to the new form name. You code
an action item to convert the text field of all the items of the new
name to keywords. Redesign the form without the text field, publish it
again with a new name, and convert the items to the new form.
