Changing the directory the .ldb file is created in...

Hello everyone-

Is there anyway to change the directory the .ldb file is
created in? We are running an application with MS Access
2002 as the backend. The problem is we do not want users
to have read/write/modify permissions to the entire
directory that the database is in. I know there are work
arounds like hiding the folder or opening in
read/exclusive mode; but is there are way to do the above?

Super thanks in advance!

Thanks for your reply. Is there a way to open the
database in exclusive readonly mode through VB code? If
so, is it just one of the perameters while setting up
the connection string?

Thanks Again.
