Changing the color of the "grayed out" items on a drop down menu

I have windows xp.

I use the high contrast black display mode.

In outlook and mozilla. the color of the font on drop down menus when I
right click various items is lime green. For instance, if you right click
on the journal function in Outlook, the items you can't pick (such as move
journal) are lime green.

I'd like to be able to change this color, as lime green is rather
counterintuitive for that function.

Anyone know how to change the color?

Thanks!

How can a color be counterintuitive? I guess I'm not very color
coordinated.

In my opinion "green" is an inviting color. Green is the color for go on a
traffic light. I think the color should be dull. Like the phrase "grayed
out."

Start -> Run -> regedit

Navigate to:

"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors"

Edit the value named 'GrayText'
