Changing TableStyles at runtime?

Can you change the TableStyle of a DataGrid at runtime? I have set up two
table styles in visual studio, then depending on the value of a user
controlled combo box, I wish to apply one of the 2 styles at runtime. Is
this possible? If not then what is the point of having multiple tables
styles on a datagrid??
