Changing resources in existing meetings

In OL2007, we are having a problem when someone books Room A as a resource
and then comes back later and wants to change that meeting from using Room A
to using Room B. Users are deleting Room A from the list of Resources and
adding Room B to the list. Room B is being booked by the booking from Room A
is not being removed. What is the correct way to accomplish this?

What method is being used to book the resource?

No matter what method, the answer is to train your clients to
use the "Make A Meeting" and not just posting to a calendar.
See the link below titled "How to direct book a resource..."

The following links will lead you to information about configuring
and using Resource Mailboxes.

However, If you use Exchange Server I would suggest the use
of the AutoAccept Agent. We use this with great success.

We are having a similar problem. What is the difference between using the
"Make a Meeting" and creating a "New Meeting" in calendar?
