changing percentage values

I'm creating a bar chart and the percentage values on the left default to
10.00% or 1000%. I've changed the decimal point to 0.

What I'm looking for is 10%.

Have you set number type to %. If so this will mutiply all your values by 100!

You will find it easier to set number to "General" and in chart>options set
the value axis label to %
