Changing partition sizes

I got a new computer with a 120G drive. It's partitioned into two drives; 15G/100G. I would like to increase the 15G to 20. Will WindowsXP do this?

No. No version of Windows has ever had the ability to change the
partition structure of a drive non-destructively. The only way to
do this (short of starting over and reformatting) is by using a
third-party tool, such as Partition Magic.
