Changing Number to Modem Connection?

How do I (in vb.net) read the number for the default modem connection? is it
in the registry somewhere or saved in another way?

Since noone else seems to want to share this.. and I found it.

it's saved in the PhoneBookEntries.pbk located in All Users profile... as a
textfile.
