What version, mode, SP level of Outlook? (always include this - help |
about)
What kind of mail accounts? (POP, IMAP, Exchange, etc)

OL2002 has an Accounts toolbar button to select through which account to
send an outbound e-mail. That still has nothing to do with what e-mail
address gets used in e-mails sent through that account. You will need
to check the From field in the e-mail account to make sure it has
whatever you want it to have.

Also, when sending e-mail, go to "options" and find the field "Send this
using :" and fill it properly.

When you create custom form for an answer, you can fill it in the template
and then store a tenmplate as .oft file, for example (see previous
discussion about temptales, from couple of days ago).

But beware - choosing "send this via (using) .. acoount" - overrides the
setting in the e-mail itself.

For me the template with option works perfectly, I have one official and one
anonymous accout. Never mix up, since the anonymous one has its own folder
and I have fasten aprroproate response form to it. Any additional qustions
you have - please write to my e-mail address

You shall remove all words strating or ending with the '_' char. (Except the
first, the last, and the last but one)
