Changing Default

I want to know if there is a way to change the default contacts that pop up
when you are trying to make an appointment to be the ones that we have on our
server. Right now when I try to make an appointment all of my personal
contacts pop up.

Normally one sets which Contact Folder appears first in the Options menu of
their address book view. More specific instructions cannot be provided since
you posted no actual information regarding your Outlook version or
information store.
