Changing Default Folder Fields (Outlook 2003) - Personal Folders

Is there a way to change the default folder fields that show up when
creating a new folder in Outlook 2003?

For example:

In my "Personal Folder", when I create a new folder, the following
default fields appear:
-Sort by: Importance
-Sort by: Icon
-Sort by: Attachment
-To
-Subject
-Received
-Sort by: Flag Status

I would like to substitute the "To" field for the "From" field as the
default.

Thanks in advance.

Modify the default Messages view;
View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define Views...

Thank you Robert.

Got it to work with your advice.

To clarify how it worked:
In my "Custom View Organizer" the top item is <Current view settings>.
The second item is "Messages".
"Messages" is used as the default view for new folders. Therefore, if
I customize that item specifically, it will in effect modify the
default setting.
