I just changed my CMOS battery and now my computer screen is jumping all over the place, like the fine tuner is messed up! I wore a static wrap, rubber gloves and I turned off the computer. I even reset my date & Time, and checked my monitor cables to see if they were lose, but their OK. Any ideas on why my computer screen is jumping around? I even checked the battery to see if it was good, and it is! Please help!

Make sure your graphics card and monitor cable to it are firmly seated.

It's possible you may have disturbed one or the other when replacing the battery.

Very likely nothing to do at all with the battery, the computer will happily run without one, although of course on every boot the BIOS will set to defaults.
