Hi, this is our story.
A few months ago we only worked with local-users. This means that the the
path to the profile was:
c:\documents&Settings\MyUsername\
Since e few weeks we have change each user from local to domain-user. A new
profile was created. Unfortunately the username of teh local-users is
identical to the username of the domain-users. This means the the path to the
domain-usres profile is :
c:\documents&Settings\MyUsername.000\
The win XP has put ".000" behind the folderName (pobably because it already
found a profile with the same name as the new user)
I have no problems with deleting the whole local profile (We don't need it
anymore)
However is there a way to adjust the settings for my domain-user-account so
that it won't use MyUsername.000 but MyUsername?
Thx
