change text on overlay

The web site I'm updating is http://www.goodshepherdmidland.org/
I would like to make the link button for the home page be in all capitals to
match the other buttons. There is a theme applied to the site.
As far as I can tell, the text on the button comes from the overlay folder,
which is automatically created. But where does that text get generated from?
What is it I need to change to make the text be all caps?
I cannot find ANY help about overlays in Front Page, nor in the Knowledge
Base.
Nor can I find anything about changing them here in this discussion group,
other than changing the size of the button, and that's not what I want to do.
I'm sure it has something to do with the theme, but cannot figure out what
it is I need to change, exactly.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I did finally find some information under "Change the label for hyperlinks in
a link bar" by searching for "change overlay" in FrontPage. It told me, since
my link bar is based on the navigation structure, to look in the Tools menu,
Site Settings, Navigation tab. There I was able to change the label from Home
to HOME.
However, even after I published the overlay files to the web site, it is
still showing up as Home.
On a possibly related note, I cannot make FrontPage show me the file called
_derived on my local computer, even though I have it set to show hidden
files. I am able to find it using explorer, but I can't see it in FrontPage.
And inside the _derived folder on the web site, all the files show as
"unmatched."
Perhaps I need to do a "publish all changed pages" to force the _derived
folder to be updated... I will try that, but if anyone has other ideas I'd
love to hear them.

For the Home page use Tools Site Settings Navigation
- the value there can be overridden in View Navigation

Note: sometimes case only changes require a double change
From Say Home to Hhome and then to HOME
- after each change run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

I did use Tools/Site Settings/Navigation (see below).
If I do View/Navigation it shows the home page as HOME PAGE. That also used
to be the title of the page, but I changed the title to "Good Shepherd
Lutheran Church Home Page" as that is much more descriptive. So, I don't
think what it shows for home page on the navigation view is overriding the
site settings/navigation label. Perhaps it might for other pages.

I was able to get the overlay to be changed online when I published all
changed pages - this forced the publication of the hidden _derived folder.

I also found out there is no way to make FrontPage show the _derived folder
- even by showing hidden folders it will not appear.

And why is it that FrontPage doesn't remember that I verified the hyperlinks
the last time the program was open, even if I haven't made any changes?
