change settings back from "break up massage. Outlook E.

I received an error message while trying to send too big pictures thru email.
It suggested that I go to ??? and set break up messages. I did
Now I need to reset that back to normal but can't seem to find where.
This is in Outlook express.
Can someone please help me?

Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
