Hi,
We currently have an issue with Remote Assistance because we run a different
GINA than the MS one.
The problem is that when I try to connect to another computer on the LAN via
Remote Assitance it cannot connect because the password is more than 8
characters long (the GINA expects passwords over 8 characters long to be
hashed)
My question is can I change a setting so that the HelpAssistant account on
the remote machine has a password of less than 9 characters, and that my
machine tries to connect to the remote machine using the new password and
not the MS default?
Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance.
